        Definitely horrible service. They refused to open an account and asked me to wait for 30min with many banker available.

        We came in to get a new calendar and crisp bills to give out to the young ones for the Chinese New Year. We were immediately greeted by a friendly staff member, a slim young woman with long hair. She couldn't find a calendar and went to ask one of the bankers, who had an extra one. Then, she went behind the counter and helped us with crisp, new bills! She ran the bills through twice in the machine facing us. She made us feel welcome and valued. Then, as we were leaving, the Caucasian guard wished us a happy new year in Chinese!
