        Lack of respect for customers and their time. I had an account at the old Bellaire bank and was bout out by prosperity and has gone downhill. I took a check I received that was wan of their depositors. After taking my license and telling me it will cost $30 to cash I was told it would take 3 minutes to variety the check even though it was their depositor. After 10 minutes she calls her manager and 15 minutes after that they tell me they cant verify until tomorrow. I left and took it to p n c and cashed it in a few minutes with no fee. I am glad I no longer have an ac pint with these people. Unprofessional.

        Pass on this one. There's a reason they have so few customers. Go somewhere else, this place doesn't have a clue. Why bank somewhere small with no one else? Slow
