I was referred to Harting from a friend who used to live in Oak Forest and I would highly recommend them. The team is great and they are super fast. Family owned business is a huge plus for me, they really care about you and your vehicles. A+++

I wish I would have been able to use their services as I see so many good reviews and happy customers. I walked in 5/16 and the front desk rep had explained me the process on getting a diagnose to see which AC blend door is not working for my 2018 Jeep Compass, we agreed I would bring it in today 5/18. Today, I was attended by one of the techs/mechanics and was informed they were short staffed on technicians and it would take long, which I told him I was aware and thats the reason why we arranged to come in today, then he proceeded on explaining how complicated it is to remove the dashboard on these newer Jeep models so I asked if there was another technician and he said he would be the one looking at it and he didnt feel comfortable (at this point it went from "we are busy" to "we can't do it"). Im give them 4 stars for the honesty, I wouldnt want them to work on my vehicle if they arent comfortable. Just a little disappointed that the front desk rep didn't ask his technicians if this is something they would be able to handle, I would have saved the drive sitting in traffic and prevented me from being late for work. Im pretty sure they do an awesome work in all other areas, this just feedback to help others with the same issue as me.

I drive a Jeep and its high maintenance - these guys are fantastic mechanics who are honest and get the done job. They dont try to up sell, they are problem solvers and they worked with us to get our car back for the weekend. Only people Ill trust to work on my car.
