Dishonest, very greedy, & incompetent. Juanito will do anything to overcharge you and doesn't care whether or not your problem is fixed. Will start with the most expensive things in diagnosis of problem in order to charge you for unnecessary things and exploit your vulnerability more plus will waste your time with impunity. He will keep you waiting everyday for weeks, work on your truck for 1 or 2 hrs at most then claim he's put too many hours on your truck and that it's been at his shop for two days or even when they haven't touched it. Then when you bring it back for the same problem he still wants to charge you more yet he can't fix the problem. He will call other mechanics or techs and make you pay them for trying to fix things he's already charged you for. Never again.
