Visiting Houston with family but our car battery went out again :( so had no choice but to get a new one at a nearby place. But thankful that the employees at this AutoZone were all so nice and helpful! Even brought out a chair for my mother in law to sit inside in AC while we were waiting. Appreciated their kindness! 5 stars for their service! :)

INCOMPETENT AND RUDE employees!!! Before I even started to write my review I just read another one from this business about someone named Alexander and apparently there is a pattern with this store for rudeness. I went there over a week ago because my Infiniti was having a hard time turning over when I start it. At two different Autozone I got 3 different results (battery, alternator, and starter). My final destination was this location and they SWORE it was my battery so I purchased a battery that cost over two hundred dollars. Next day THE SAME ISSUE WAS STILL HAPPENING!!! I go straight back to them and then I'm told the alternator is bad and is bringing down the battery (totally different diagnoses). I told them to go get my old battery and put it back in my vehicle and give me a refund. Okay so here is where their STANK attitudes come in. They don't want you asking questions or knowing your rights. I was stuck in the parking lot of this Autozone waiting for a tow because at this point my car wouldn't start at all! In the meantime I called their district office and spoke to someone. I was given my refund immediately and my old battery was put back in but yet here they are still saying my battery is no good. I towed my car to an EXCELLENT mechanic. Didn't give him any history just told him my vehicle is not turning over. He did a couple of brief checks and immediately diagnosed it as the starter!!! He said there is NOTHING wrong with my battery. My battery won't work if the starter is bad....DUH!!!! My car has been working wonderful ever since but the people there are incompetent and they must have faulty equipment because I shouldn't be getting 3 different diagnoses using the equipment anyway. Do yourselves a favor in the future and don't ask them anything about your vehicle and take it to a mechanic you trust because I was almost out of money for a new battery that wasn't needed!!!
