I recently ordered some front and back shocks off their website for my truck and they shipped out the back shocks real fast, but the front ones were never shipped and I called multiple times and was never given a clear answer to my order. They rarely answer their phone and aren't interested much to get you accurate info. I had to cancel because I was tired of waiting 2 weeks. Last time I'll use their services ever again.

I visited 4Wheelparts on 1960 to have a leveling kit installed and purchase a new set of wheels and tires. Marcos was super helpful in making sure I had all the parts I needed for a seamless installation and was knowledgeable enough to answer all my questions. The tech that installed my parts, Robert, did a great job installing everything really clean and even staying a little late to make sure everything was installed correctly. Thank you guys for the great work!!!

I needed to order a part online for my brother. I had to call in as I wanted to check the turnaround time. Marcos was the person who helped me. He explained that I could place the order online for store pickup and would arrive the next day. I explained to him that my brother was going to pick this up but there was nowhere online to reference this. He gave me instructions on what my brother needed to pick up the part. The next day I get a call from the manager to let me know the part was ready for pick up. When I told him my brother was picking up the order he was like the store policy does not allow for that, that only the cardholder could pick it up. I was like I spoke with someone about this. He was just rude and didn't care what I said. He put me on hold then came back and and said Marcos helped you, you speak with him as we don't do that. And in the future you cannot do that anymore. He wasnt willing to work with me. All he cared was about his store policy l had already paid for this online but he didn't care. He was not personable at all. I ended up picking up the order as I didn't want to get Marcos in trouble. Marcos was just so personable and very friendly. Thanks to Marcos!
