I just went to get an estimate on a paint job on my Honda Accord, several men ran and went to hide,girls in office were so rude.Itold them I would wait outside ,no one came to help me ,I was the only one there so they were not Busy..please DON'T go there!!!

I took my BMW to 8 places before I settled on Body Pros and Im very glad to have done business here. Robert displays integrity, quality service, and personable communication in a time when these are uncommon. Robert was honest and organized with his quote, no gimmicks and no tactics to upsell, and a quoted price that was fair compared with competition. He refused to cut corners or promise a turnaround faster than what he can commit to, and he perfectly kept to the time he did commit to. The repairs were perfectly on time. The end result was perfect too. The repaired bumper matched the paint on the body of my car perfectly, down to the exact shade of white and the density of the metallic flake. This is impressive considering it wasnt a perfect match from the factory (plastic and metal can slightly different with the same paint. It is better than new. You have the right to take your car wherever you choose- people dont realize that this is true even on insurance claims- and I highly recommend taking it to Body Pros. The honesty, timeliness, and quality you will receive will more than exceed any possible benefits of using the insurance recommendation. You deserve to be treated this way by the person you hire, and Robert deserves your business. You wont regret it.
