Unfortunately we had a poor experience dealing with Chandler Young with Curtis & Windham Architects, Inc. This company contacted us to buy (4) round tables for one of there customer on 8/24/20 we shipped all product to there customer on 9/20/20 including all hardware. On 1/11/21 we received a nasty phone call from Chandler Young saying that her customer did not have the screws for the tables... Which was probably untrue but I can see that happening if you install the tables 4 months later after you receive them...So on 1/18/21 we shipped the screws to her customer without any hesitation as they made a purchase in the past from us on 7/7/20 without and kind of issues we felt like it would be best just to go to home depot and buy the $5 screws that they lost and ship them to San Antonio.. after doing that we received another email from Chandler stating she did not receive the screws she provided the wrong address for her customer. So we went back to home depot and purchased the $5.00 screws and sent them back to San Antonio. Few days later a guy named Ruben called from Curtis and Windham stating that they might have lost them again... I received a phone call from one of my sales reps that they still did not receive the screws again..... so I decided to ship out for the 4th time to make sure there customer got what they needed. Finally they received the screws... I thought we would get a thank you from Chandler for going above and beyond trying to get her customer what they needed but instead she writes a negative review on our company for her mistakes. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!
