If I could give Randy 10 starts I would! He was great helping me get the fair compensation for our stolen vehicle, our insurance was trying to rob out of over 13K! Randy is very nice and super responsive and very patient. He explained to me in detail the steps and gave me a real turn around time. I am glad to have come across his services! This review is long overdue but randy helped me back in june after my toyota sienna was declared a total loss! Although i was able to negotiate myself, randy was honest with me when he told me i didnt necessarily need his services. I wouldnt have even known i was being low-balled by my insurance if it wasnt for randy. Thank you!

Wasnt worth $250. I had to negotiate and initiate everything myself. Every email, every phone call. He offered to come to court with me to turn around and try to charge additional money and had a horrible attitude while doing so. Hes not even certified. So Im going to have pay someone else. He also made a statement in his appraisal that the insurance company is now using as one of their primary arguments in the lawsuit in which he wants another $350 an hour to fix. When I brought up his previous willingness to go to court and now trying to charge me, he blocked me. He really wasnt that helpful overall as I did everything myself he was just there to be able to be texted or called and wasnt always responsive either. Hire someone that actually negotiates for you and cares. Hes charging 250 for a pdf and a couple texts for questions you can ask chatgpt. He claims he cant because hes not your attorney but other appraisers do just that. Even my attorney said she was disappointed in his lack of assistance and said I shouldve hired the person they recommended. Now I have to go through a lawsuit to get what Im owed and justify the statement he made in front of a jury.

This is Example A of an extremely entitled, narcissistic gaslighter. It should be noted that this is all completely untrue. I went above and beyond to help this individual. I spoke with her over the course of her claim for hours, responded to many, many text messages and emails and tried to negotiate with her claims representative numerous times all after completing her DV report which took hours to complete by itself. The insurance company denied her claim because she waited almost 2 years to file for diminished value, her vehicle was subsequently involved in another accident and was also flooded. She then wanted to file a lawsuit for the DV and expected me to appear in court for her and prepare an expert report all included in the original $250 fee for the DV report. I explained to her that I never agreed to appear in court for her at any time when discussing the flat fee for the appraisal and that expert witness testimony fees start at $350 per which is the bottom rate for any industry. She then became belligerent and began name calling, so, I blocked her. Ms. Reeves seems to think people work for free and actually owe her whatever she may ask of them because they're somehow her servants. Yes, this is one highly toxic and delusional individual. Just take a look at all the other reviews she's left and you'll see nearly every one is a 1 star with horrible, disparaging comments about numerous businesses just trying to earn a living and zero 5 or even 4 stars given to anyone. I suppose the saying hold true "You can please some of the people all of the time, you can please all of the people some of the time, but you can't please all of the people all of the time”.
