J. Patrick O'Leary appraised our home during the refinancing process a few years ago and everything went smoothly and well. The appraisal was thorough and on time and led to us getting the loan with no issues. Recently I contacted them for another appraisal this time for property tax protest purposes. Again he was very responsive and helpful. I strongly recommend this company.

Dude is completely incompetent. Guy had comps from over 5 miles from us in different neighborhoods and less land acreage. Rated our house that we wanted to buy a c5(means the lender wont lend money for it) and didnt leave any instructions on what should be fixed, and went on vacation. So he torpedoes the loan and he go on vacation. He also listed the house at 400 less square feet than it was. Dont use this guy, and be wary of any lenders that use him...
