After Danny Hudson assured me he would assist through the process of my diminished value claim, he did not return emails for over a month. (I found out later that the insurance companys appraiser had reached out to him during that time also and he had not replied to them either.) He never answered a single question throughout the entire process. I finally charged back the fee through the credit card company. Before he saw the charge back, he did reply, but he just made excuses and would answer questions. Through multiple emails and attempts to find out the status of the claim, I told him every time that Id reinstate the fee if hed just update me on the status of the negotiation. He inexplicably and incredibly refused to answer any questions whatsoever or give me any update on the status of the claim. After calling the insurance companys original offer of $692 a joke and originally appraising the diminished value at $5,100 he reduced the offer without my knowledge or consent to $800 (the insurance company told me he was the one that made the low offer), which they readily accepted. Then he sent me this last email: I DID have a great settlement for you. You will find out shortly. Have a great 2024. I dont believe he ever had a good settlement. I was able to reverse the decision with the insurance company. Apparently, it is either his way or no way. I wish I had seen the other reviews before going with him in the first place. Sounds like others have had similar issues. Hopefully this saves someone else the time and effort. ---------------- In response to his reply, I have better things to do than try to con an appraiser out of $375 and I only take the time to write the review because he purposefully tried to tank the negotiation. The month of non-replies started Dec 7 and ran through Jan 8. I and many others celebrate Christmas and still manage to reply to simple update emails. I'll let my and the other 1-, 2- and 3- star reviews on here speak for themselves. Believe who you will.

Danny made the process of getting my dream car appraised quick and affordable. Within a couple days I was able to get the appraisal letter to give to the bank in order to buy a gorgeous 1966 Mustang. Thank you so much, and will def reccommend to friends and family! Letter was professionally done!

Acted like inspection was gonna happen, then took my money and ran. Communication stopped. I gave up. Stay away.

I have a fairly new Jeep Grand Cherokee with low mileage and was hit while sitting at a traffic light. While I was having the car repaired I contacted AVR Group Appraisal Services. Since the car was not very old and it was not my fault and would be worth less whenever it was sold, Danny at AVR told me I would be due for a diminished value refund. I gave him the information and photographs and within a few dats I had a very detailed 16 page report with an estimate of $4,162. I forwarded this report to the drivers insurance company. They called me with one or two additional questions and then agreed to reimburse me the full amount. They are sending me a check for the exact amount I was given by AVR. Danny and AVR made it simple, professional, did the research for me and got me the reimbursement I was legally owed, all for a reasonable amount. I highly recommend this company if you are in an accident that is not your fault. They do what they say they will do.
