I had a great experience working with Cook Chill for my kitchen remodel. Sean and Alan took the time to sit down with us to discuss all our kitchen appliance options and worked hard to get us the best price in the area. We were also treated to a personal dining experience by their lead chef at their beautiful showroom, where we could test out all the appliances. When it came down to delivery, they were knowledgeable and able to quickly solve install day problems that always arise. Mistakes do happen but confident that Sean and Alan will be able to deliver as promised. Please check them out for your appliance and kitchen solutions.

We ordered a refrigerator and a freezer through Scott Harris who has been super unresponsive. He doesnt answer the phone and barely answers emails. The refrigerator arrived damaged and they try to install it without even informing us. I just happen to be checking on the house and saw the damage. I wrote him and he told me that it would take weeks for the refrigerator to arrive and offered a $300 credit for a puncture in the insulation and stretched front. Then he wrote me back, saying that they had found one to replace the current one. The new refrigerator arrived, damaged on the inside and the frame kit not installed. When I wrote him telling him, we would not accept a damaged refrigerator, he simply wrote back and said that they ordered the replacement part. We should not have to accept damaged appliances. Where to start. When I'm reading the other reviews I feel we used two different companies. This is only the 5th negative review that I write in 10 years. Non-responsiveness, terrible customer service, constant rescheduling, over-charging (from agreed price on invoice), incomplete delivery...and so on. One of my most frustrating experiences with any type of company. This spanned over 6 weeks so it was not an incident or series of incidents in a short period of time. Service: Installation
