Bought a brand new Ken more dishwasher and I couldnt be more happier with the product and customer service we received from sears hometown!

If I could rate this 0 stars I would. I bought a washer and dryer set from these people and everything went fine until the day of installation. The installation company they had purposefully didnt tell me that they could not fit the dryer vent that I was keep in mind forced to buy due to liability reasons and just left it to the side had me sign off and left. I found out because I turned on the dryer and something did not sound right, so I hoped onto the dryer and there it was the vent was left next to the wall didnt even bother to try putting it in nor even telling me they could not put it in. I called the person who installed it and they said it was sears problem, so I called the store and they said it happens sometimes?!? What do you mean this happens sometimes, then they told me that I would need to buy another vent and call the installation to have them reinstall it? Why would I even want to call those people back to reinstall it because they didnt do it right the first time, and I had paid 155 dollars to have this installation done! I left the service rep,Luis an email stating my concerns and asking for the district managers number, no reply. My husband called and Luis answered and said he would try and do something and never called us back, that was over two weeks ago! I will never buy another thing from this store again. The people act all nice but in the end all they care about is a sale and then after that they dont care about the customer at all. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS SPEND YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE.
