I phoned on Tuesday afternoon and an engineer came the same afternoon. He was quickly able to diagnose problems in our ten year old washing machine and the replaced faulty component on the spot, and at a great price too. Can't really ask for better than that.

The repair man came within the time frame I was given and called ahead to let me know when to expect him. Very dependable, quick and knowledgeable. Quickly diagnosed the problem with our dishwasher. I will call them again.

I tried to use the service made an appointment they didnt show. I called them and their employee said she would call me back after she found out where the service tech was but I never heard back from her. I hate to post a poor review but I have one day off a week that I can take service calls and Im disappointed. I will be calling another company.
