The Viv Apartments

Horrible service. They never answer the phone and I have been hung upon when trying to get assistance from the office. They are lazy and don't even try to help you They just make up excuses so they don't have to help and their mail service alone is horrific. If you want to constantly have stolen packages or have to bend over and search other peoles packages for your own stuff then this place is right for u. Absolutely awful. Negative 5000 stars.

The facilities are very comfortable, tidy and maintained. The administrative staff is top notch, especially Rosie Martinez who helped me with paperwork and authorization of services. The hours of the common spaces are very spacious and flexible.

Clean apartment complex but dont let the office staff try to help you move utilities. I was nice enough to let the nice office lady help me but she ended up getting my information wrong. Specifically the email. So now I have a high electric bill for which it took hours to find information on and to change my email contact on. Then also no my renters insurance has gone up by triple. So Im trying to change plans and I find out the same problem. Lady in the office got my email wrong again so Ill have to get on with customer service and waste my time. I tried reaching out to the office staff and I keep getting voice mail. I genuinely cant tell if lady in the office is taking a cut off of my plans that she signed me up nefariously or was just incompetent in getting my email wrong. Either way she has wasted a few hours of my life while trying to help me and I recommend you move your utilities your self and let the office staff focus on other things. Other than that my experience has been expensive but clean

Moved in about 2 months ago so far no complaints. Maintance comes on time to fix my little issues, no parking headaches, very quiet .. I have a great view of downtown Houston.. So again so far so good.
