Go invest in a real house and mortgage before coming here. I am living with termites which i reported and they sent someone with roach spray. They want they rent on time but have yet to be on time with anything that may concern residents. I have yet been able to get my mail because the mailboxs are broken. This place a joke! All for self and living here for the past couple month its funny how they can communicate there rent being paid on time and utilities or an eviction will be filed as the constantly email residents. They never communicate about when maintenance will come, when the mailboxes will be fixed, when the pool will be open, when the entrance gate will get fixed in phase 2!
