Floral Gardens 55 + Apartments

I wish I could move there. I dont have a vehicle and online it explaind a 17 minute walk from the bus stop. One day I decided to see if it was worth the walk. I walk almost 4 minutes and I was there. It was after 9pm so I couldnt talk to anyone who runs the place. The place is nice from the outside. I called too many times and so has my cousin and no one answered the phone.

For me it shoul be a perfect place to live, just I want to claim where is my application that I paid sence 2021 for me and my wife to be in the waiting list. Just disappeared. My wife's name and my name aren't in the system. So what happened. There were only 5 people in 2021 before us and now my application is not there any more. I came to check and was so simple. No application. My God. I hope the management will help us, please

Live there for 11 years peaceful and quiet and mostly safe to live and a really good maintenance man with the exception of summer weekends when the pool opens resident relatives are allowed to use the pool and it get really loud on-weekends ,wish they would close the pool on weekends!

I'm so sorry they lost your application I have a feeling these places don't train there leasing people I had a similar experience well not not similar but when I went to apply for a HUD tax credit here on the northwest side a brand new apartment complex when they still had the 30% tax credit available I was one of the first people they said I was still too poor and I was trying to tell them that my brother would cover me like a cosigner and they said no no co-signing and I said well he'll give me you know the money and they said no what I was trying to say was that he would give me a monetary gift and later on they said oh yes that's okay but then they said it's too late now the 30% ones are gone I was there first but they couldn't understand what I was trying to say not very professional also if if I can't get a room like that on my SSI to tell somebody you're still too poor even when you are the poorest of the poor that's ridiculous I think they misinterpret their own laws it said that the person should have $15,000 or less not more than 15,000 a year 15,000 or less and I am less. It's probably going to turn out that they were too cheaply made for me anyways. I am an asset to any apartment complex where I go but they won't have me there.
