The new manger she's not help at all I been living here 7 year we just get they wors manger I will say they place good but with out the new manger We need hot water mam pleas we buy rent we need good service pleas try to fix it I get pic mam you should fix that pleas alot of car in parking with no stickers you just don't know what to do mam

I lived here for a year, my contract expires on April 1 (tomorrow), I handed over my key today. I handed over the apartment in perfect condition, I notified that I was leaving at the beginning of February and then they asked me to put it in writing, when I did so in writing they told me that I had to stay two more weeks. I asked them to fumigate on 2 occasions because the cockroaches were already unbearable, they were crawling on the bed, on the food, in the kitchen and all the walls. Even the bathroom and room had an incredible amount of cockroaches. Without omitting the fact that the entire year I lived here I cleaned EVERY day and always with disinfectants. The most absurd thing about the matter is that they tell me that it is no excuse for me not staying 2 more weeks because of the cockroaches, am I supposed to pay extra days for them to get everywhere? I had rats in the year I lived here, the cockroaches were never surprising. I was going to reserve the comment until they wanted to bother with me, I really would have recommended it before, but right now I don't recommend it one bit.
