Toro Place

This place is a hell hole. Im currently living here and have been for a year and a half. Collectively about 6 months of NO WATER! Its either hot or cold is off. The office will look you dead in your face and lie over and over about a damn part needed. Right now as I speak we currently have no HOT WATER. The office will not adjust the water bill nor rent because there is running water, just not hot. Its been off for three days now. DO NOT MOVE HERE PEOPLE!!

Atleast once a week an innocent life gets taken at these apartments I am so terrified for my life but of course I have to complete my lease PLEASE DONT MOVE HERE your life is too important THEY TRY TO MAKE IT SEEM LIKE IT IS YOUR FAULT THAT YOU WERE MURDERED BUT IVE LITERALLY SEEN 2 INNOCENT KIDS GET MURDERED IN THE TORO PLACE HOW DARE THEY BLAME IT ON RESIDENTS ARGUING.. THEY SHOW NO SYMPATHY AND JUST BLAME EVERYONE ELSE INSTEAD OF TAKING RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE THINGS THEY DO TO CONTRIBUTE TO THE VIOLENCE LIKE NOT HAVING WORKING CAMERAS TO CAPTURE ANYTHING

SUPER HORRIBLE ! Horrible customer service and would never be interested in leasing with this apartment complex ever again . Dont waste your time very disrespectful and for no matter at all! How I went from paying $740 to $831.31, to $917$, when it hasnt even been a year of me leasing here? The math not mathing and they change employees every two months! Overcharging tenants also! Full of scammers!

Oh WOW where can I start so there are a lot of car break ins and no camera system set up which by management is our fault because we need to get ring cameras to watch our own things.. okay thats fair I guess.. but what isnt fair is that you guys blame us for car break ins.. they change management literally every 4-6 months the current management actually doesnt seem to horrible, BUT THESE APARTMENTS ARE A LOST CAUSE.. it wont be long until there gone.. THERE WAS A FAMILY UNALIVED HERE and they dont care to get cameras to help protect residents Ive seen them plant more flowers to attract people than to actually help the residents that reside here already. ALSO YOU ARE LIMITED TO HOW MANY TIMES YOUR LOVED ONES CAN VISIT YOU IN A WEEK SO CHOOSE YOUR DAYS WISLEY BECAUSE OVER HERE AT TORO PLACE THEY COULD CARE LESS ABOUT YOU AND YOUR LOVED ONES.. THEY DONT RESIDE HERE SO THEY DONT CARE

BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! THIS PLACE IS FULL OF VIOLENCE, THEFTS, and PEOPLE GETTING UNALIVED The only good reviews come from management asking people to leave good reviews just so they can make more money if you want to survive keep your kids and loved ones away these apartments are one of the worst on fondren ALOT OF GANG VIOLENCE AND YOU CANNOT HAVE A VISTOR FOR OVER 4 DAYS SO IT SURE FEELS THAT WE ARE LIVING IN A PRISON.. also cameras do not work and supposedly are there to keep people away but when someone still breaks into your car they blame you my car has been broken into over 8 times in the past 4 months and they have gotten nothing because I keep nothing in my car but they keep breaking in smh IT SUCKS.. but what sucks more is the LACK OF EMPATHY FROM MANAGEMENT
