    Dont rent here. The walls are so thin, I can hear my upstairs neighbors stomping back and forth every night from 12am-7am. 5-7 kids running and screaming up and down the stairs until 8 pm. Drawing on the walls, leaving trash behind. Then I received a water bill that was 3 times the amount it should be. I tried to contact the leasing office for two weeks straight and did not get a response regarding an explanation. But they had enough time to hang an eviction notice on my front door INSIDE of my apartment. Turns out They charged me $105 for a service that I did not request and had the audacity to add a $127 late fee and eviction notice for the outstanding balance that was not accurate. Who will receive a bill 3 times the normal amount and pay it with no questions asked? When I finally spoke with Liz on the phone she was not helpful. She told me someone in my unit request the locks to be changed (even though Im the only person on my lease) and when I told her I did not request the service and even if they were changed I never got any new keys. Her response was just because the locks get changed doesnt mean you need new keys. I was baffled. Finally, after going back and forth to remove the $105 fee they did. I also explained the late fee needed to be removed because I had been contacting them for weeks with no response and Lizs answer was, our phones are always busy. Which doesnt sound like a legitimate explanation to me, sounds like they are understaffed which is also not my problem. Liz told me removing the late fee was out of their hands.. I then requested to speak to the manager and Liz said that wont help, shes gonna tell you the same thing I did and laughed. I finally spoke to dildred and she said she will speak with the supervisor about having the late fee removed. Of course I get no call back, and when I call, dildred is out of the office. This place is terrible. This is your warning DO NOT RENT HERE! They dont care about their residents and will take your money.

    Elizabeth, the assistant manager, was an excellent person. I was going to leave the apartments due to inconveniences and she helped me a lot and now I am moving to my new apartment, super happy, thank you very much Mrs. Elizabeth, super good service.

    I have still been a resident of these apartments for 2 years, at first we did not have any problems, it turns out that for 10 months with the new management the condominium does not have any type of security, the entrance doors have been broken for more than 4 months and these For the last two weeks they have always remained open, endangering everyone's safety and even allowing thefts in the parking lots and then not having responsibility for them when one pays too high a value for an apartment compared to other condominiums with better security and comfort, it is not worth it because I feel like you don't care about the safety of the residents. I can't wait until my contract ends so I can leave. With Vilma this didn't happen! I don't recommend them at the moment, before they were perfect without problems, now there's nothing to see. The doors are open all the time
