        I dont take too kindly to getting notices to vacate because the apartments had a system error that was not letting them take automatic payments. I especially find this tacky when I received the notice on April 4th, the exact day rent is considered late and added a $115 late fee( because of their system error). I keep my account on autopay so Ive never had an issue paying it. Now they did send emails on the 2nd saying there were issues but I didnt see it u til after I got the notice. I understand business is business but when your system caused the issue I think they could have called me or something instead of giving me a notice in the first day it was late.

        I was completely impressed by the Leasing Agent, Mr Jesse. He recently had given me a tour & it was an amazing experience. I am an assistant nurse looking for a new spot, with Mr. Jesse answering all of my questions, being very informative and making it feel like home already, I highly recommend giving this spot a go. I was very pleased with the tour, Thank you Jesse!

        Leasing agent Roshelle is extremely friendly. Roshelle thoroughly told me everything I needed to know if In wanted to be a tenant. She showed me the Mira Mar floor plan and allowed me time to video and followed up with her walking me through the unit. I have never toured a property where I was told by the leasing agent and I quote we want you to live here, that made me feel wanted and not like a person just interrupting your day. Roshelle is an asset to Advenir at Med Ctr and they should be luckily to have her representing their property.
