I will be honest it took maintenance a lot longer than I wanted it to have fixed my aunts ac but after we sat down and spoke to the Property Manager Michael we finally understood why. Many factors go into things and I will be honest I didnt think about shipping delays until he showed me physical proof. Michael went above and beyond and I watched him sit in the leasing office until about 8:30 pm making sure things were making progress. Today I can report the new ac for my aunt arrived and Michael made sure it was installed today. Now my aunt has working ac. Thank you Michael
