Kelkind Manor Apartments

Be cautious, 8 months after i left, never asked for my $950 deposit back, i got a call from a collection agency saying i owe another $1500 for damages, I never received anything from Star Reality. They say it was to replace carpet.that was crap when i moved in. During my stay the roof leaked the walls are all cracked, the A/C went out three time and the bugs were never sprayed. They will say there is a pool at another complex you can use until it is summer and then the policy will change, ech summer.

I have lived at Kelkind Manor Apartments for the past 6+years. My experience here has been awesome. This hidden gem is tucked away in a quiet corner off FM 1960 East. It is surrounded by woods, and after all these years, I am still charmed by the deers that come out from those woods to graze. It is very quiet and safe. There has been no burglary since I have lived here. The neighbors look out for each other, therefore, there is a sense of community. The rooms are very spacious. In fact, the bedrooms are bigger than those in some homes, especially the new ones being built in the last couple of years. The management are extremely helpful, They do not talk down to one, as it's been my experience in the other places I have lived. This is a small apartment complex run by a family, so there's a personal touch in all that they do. The grounds are well maintained. The only reason I am moving is because I have just bought a house, otherwise, I could have stayed much longer. Did I say that they have one of the cheapest rents one I could find? Considering the size of the rooms and the amenities? And their response rate to calls for repairs is excellent. They come immediately.
