They need to get it together. All three desk ladies are sitting on the desk here in the cardiac unit saying "the system is down" they will not answer any questions and do not care they are dealing with people's health. I would not trust these people to make a burger much less with a loved ones health. This place should be SHUT DOWN AND RESTAFFED. My dad is in heart failure and NEEDED this Dr appointment. They don't care. At all. Couldn't even give us a new appointment. Basically just go home and hope my dad lives for them to get the "system" fixed. I will be making a formal complaint. They need to get it together. I had 3 procedures in January 2022. I have basic Medicare only coverage. I was required to pay the full price of all 3 procedures before I was treated. I paid a total of $1491.79 before the procedures were performed. Medicare deductible is $233.00. Finally, in May, 2022, I called Baylor to see if Medicare had paid for my procedures. Baylor told me I had 3 refunds in my account of which I had not been informed. Baylor told me that at the end of the year they check accounts and would have sent me my credit. I requested my credit to be sent immediately which I did receive. I had 3 procedures in January 2022. I have basic Medicare only coverage.
