        The food was great, the service was pretty good, the atmosphere was as expected. My biggest complaint which is not the restaurants fault (I am hoping that the bus boy didn't keep them) is I left my sunglasses and they didn't get turned in. The food and atmosphere was great though. Service was a little slow on drinks and taking our order.

        Franks had been on my list of places to try for awhile. The food was decent but not great and also closes fairly early.
