Power Vac America

WORST COMPANY IN AMERICA!!!!!  I recently had an AC/heating company out to my house a year after having my vents cleaned by this company.  I learned that Power Vac America literally tore up the inside of my plenum.  I have had small pieces of the inside of my plenum drifting down out of my ceiling vents for the past year and wondered what it was.  They also broke open one of my vent runs in the attic where 2 pieces of duct were joined together to make one continuous run.  This rendered that vent useless and allowed air to escape in large volume into my attic for over a year.  Also, now I  need to clean the black mildew they left in my vents but I am unable to get the screws out of the ceiling vent because they are tightened too tight.  This is aside from the fact that the man smelled like he had not had a bath in 2 weeks and they charge more than any other vent cleaning service.  If you want a company to completely destroy your system, then this company is for you !!!   This company should have its license to do business revoked !!!UPDATE:  I called the owner at his invitation who expected me to let him fix the problems he created with my ductwork after the damage he had already caused.  Since he is a duct cleaner only and is not qualified to install ductwork, I suggested having the air conditioning company meet him at my house to do any repair work.  I have yet to hear back with an appointment time, so it looks like the damage he did to the ductwork will not get fixed.  My alternative is to file suit in a court of law which I can do since I have several pictures of the problems.  Fortunately for me, the Deceptive Trade Practices Act provides for up to a $250,000 fine for any person or company who defrauds a senior citizen.

The team took the time to explain the process, provide status updates during visit and shared before and after pictures of the service. The work delivered was high quality and thorough. I was so very pleased with the service from PowerVac America. Matt and Josh were incredible. They were both very professional and experienced. I was very satisfied with their work and would highly recommend them to everyone. If you need any type of HVAC work performed, you'll want them to be the ones doing the work. From the moment I called Powervac to set up services I was impressed with the professionalism and knowledge of the owner, Doug. On the day of service, Matt and Josh got to our house right on time and were extremely accommodating to our needs as a family with a small baby. They were efficient and explained everything as they went along. They also made sure they cleaned up after themselves as they worked. When they left they explained everything they did and when we should expect to use powervac's services again. We ended up paying exactly what we were initially quoted and they didn't try to upsell us or scare us into doing more than was necessary. We highly recommend them! Service: HVAC duct & vent cleaning
