HOUSTON TAX MASTER INC

Ridiculous Company. Just wasted a whole month of my time waiting for them.. Found this company online, called and they asked to send my documents. After 1 month, just had 1 email communication with them. How can you do taxes without providing a quote or even asking 1 question. I sent emails - no response. I called and they said someone will call me - Never called. Even cancelled via email and not even a response. Just took all my private documents and ID and disappeared. REPLY TO OWNER RESPONSE BELOW ON 09/21: This is the first response or communication i have received from your company since that week. I was living outside the Country at the time and your office coordinator knew this. So please explain how you want me to fly 4000 miles for your appt. You could have been professional and courteous and rejected my business. But you asked for my documents and literally ghosted me. It was not professional, and if someone in your company made a mistake, own up to it and stop making stuff up. I found another accountant that gave the service i need. But i am very upset that you took my personal records and then never entered back in contact with me. I am sure you are a good accounting company, but i stand by my review of your service i experienced with your office.

I never ever left low Reviews but over here for sure Not trustable, and This people are unprofessional anymore over here,,, make sure discuss the price before you get done your taxes here ,, all the new people working over here will rip you off .. so specifically I wont recommend this place any more for the new arrived Refugees and others peoples If you dont ask about the price they will over Chargeeeeeed ,, not happy never will visit em again been coming over here for long time but not anymore since new people unprofessional people and over pricy too ..
