During the Feburary 2021 freeze I called this company for repairs. For only two frozen pipes I was charged over $900. When I found out from two other local plumbers that the normal fee to repair frozen pipes is $250 each I realized I was scammed by this con artist. I tried reaching out to them several occasions and the first time they said they would get back to me but then there was zero follow up. This incident has been reported as price gouging to the State of Texas AG and Harris County. Service: Pipe repair

Sorry to mess up your five stars, but you really left a mess for me. Not very reliable, not very responsible to not show up on the days you were scheduled to come out. The upstairs toilet you reseated started leaking after you left. I tried for 5 days calling constantly with no answer. Finally found out you were sick . Sorry to hear that but at least let your customers know you are not available do right by your customers. I finally got a hold of another plumber that charged me $400. to fix the the mess you left.

I literally ripped a bath tub faucet out of the wall breaking the copper pipe in half while trying to unscrew and replace the faucet. I used HomeAdvisor and Ross Waterworks called right away. This is a family business run by a respectful christian couple, not a high pressure sales corporation like most home service companies have become. Before they even came out, they gave me tips over the phone, very different from the normal dispatcher treatment. They arrived at my house within an hour and quoted a price that I expected and even gave me a nice discount since I was a disabled veteran. They showed up on time the next day and professionally completed the repair. I could not have been happier with the service and the gentlemen that completed the repair. Top notch!
