Drain Rite Seamless Gutters

Great company to do business with. Referred by my realtor. I needed 270ft of seamless gutter installation on the back and sides of my home. The estimator arrived when scheduled and provided a great installation plan. Quoted rates were fantastic, and he did not try to upsell me on replacing or repairing any of my existing gutters that were in adequate condition. In less than 48 hours, I had brand new gutters and 5 new downspouts. The installation crew were fast, kind, and respectful of my property. The most frustrating part of today is that I can NOT get an answer of approximately when someone MIGHT be here to install our gutters. It demonstrates that this company has no control or knowledge of their own schedule or workers and could care less about the time the customer is spending waiting on them to answer a simple question. My first call was 10:20 am. I followed up with a call an hour later and was told that the person that could handle this request was not available but she would pass on the information. I called again 20 minutes later to be told that she had not gotten a response from the workers. I explained how ridiculous this was and she told me she would call as soon as she knew. A total of two hours later, she calls to tell me that they would be her between 2 and 3. (Two hours to get that information!) Why do they not have some kind of schedule for the day or give you a window to begin with? Why do they not care about their customer's time? Why do they not have systems in place for the installation? VERY Disappointed in this company and they haven't even gotten here! Very disappointed!!!! :( We shall see if they arrive between 2 and 3 and the quality of the work. More to come. Service: Gutter installation
