      We are glad you enjoy our food and ice cream, but we took out all of the seating during the covid shutdown. We are still deliberating as to whether or not we should bring it back. There is a lot of seating around the center including our own tables outside.

      image Went to this place tonight with my daughter and my sister. They had the doors locked with an open sign. I should of known by every other review that this place couldn't care less about customer service. And of course the owner has all the same excuses. READ REVIEWS THIS PLACE IS A CROCK. not open when it's supposed to. Leaves review comments that they to undermine the customer view point saying they went to the wrong palace or that there's a spot next door. Stop trying to say your customers are stupid get better staff that is there when supposed to be or post real close hours. They leave these reviews responses knowing that clients can't respond with facts. Go somewhere else and don't waste your time on a place whose owners play ingorant.

      Not sure why you are making things up... ANYONE can come to the store right now and see that we are OPEN. You can call the store right now at 972-966-2697 and we answer the phone. You can order on Doordash or any of the other services and have it delivered from our shop right now. We are absolutely open.

      We are open and we have been open since noon. The store next to us, which was Rockfish has moved out. Maybe you tried the wrong entrance?
