Hello Ms.Morgan, We work hard to ensure that our work last a long time. It has been almost a whole year since we gave you an estimate (4/12/23). Our priority is your safety and our safety, and to maintain our integrity of work. Quite a bit of information has been left out.  There were several issues that needed to be addressed before moving forward with your request for construction. The estimate were based on the following:    ⁃    City permit and inspections    ⁃    significant woodwork to plumbing areas to level out piping, fixtures, and areas of work area    ⁃    new natural gas lines with 24hrs test    ⁃    whole house Uponor grade A expansion system with brass stub outs for all water emergency cut-off valves    ⁃    Replacing all cast iron piping with new schedule 40 PVC     ⁃    New Bradford White water heater with all connections to code and  roofing outlet venting    ⁃    New Moen plumbing fixtures    ⁃    New Kohler kitchen sink( with all connections), Kohler restroom sink (with all connections), Kohler toilet, and Kohler tub (wasting overflow Trim and lower connections)The majority of all our plumbing parts are American-made, including our fixtures. Our company is based in Hempstead, TX, and we noticed nothing has been done since we left our estimate almost a year ago  (04/12/23).
