        I went today and saw Sonia Villarreal. I was very disappointed. She had no clue how FMLA worked, when she asked about my condition, she continued and said "So its not that bad!" She also told me that she would talk to Dr. Quinones about my FMLA and would come back, she NEVER did. The medical assistants apologized, put me back in the room and said Sonia would be in to finish discussing. Again she NEVER came back. I basically went to this appt today for nothing. Dont waste your time here, they are just as terrible as the Ingram location. Now the two women in the front showed nothing but compassion.
