        As of January 2022, my mother has been waiting over two years to be named executor of her brother's estate. It has been over 6 months since my mother has turned in all requested documents. In fact the only reason she turned in something 6 months ago is because I got involved. We've received no timeline in regard to the resolution of this probate case.

        As of Jan 2022, this law firm has yet to help my mother become the executor of her brother's estate.  Everything they've requested has been turned into them at least 6 months ago.   It has been over two years since my mother began this process.  Apparently, there is a second attorney reviewing the paperwork for accuracy.  This was the last thing we've heard and that was 3 months ago.
