Benchmark Pulmonary Centers

I was prescribed medication on April 8 and the doctor did not send the correct instructions. My pharmacy has reached out to the doctors office for clarification. I have also been in contact with the front desk and they said they would remind the doctor. Its April 30th and they still have not corrected it. This is ridiculous!!

Been waiting 3 hours with my mother in law for her schedule appointment. There was 47 people waiting in the lobby with 25 chairs. I am 50 years old and only a handful a people are younger than me.

Can someone please tell how to get through to the Brownsville location? I have called everyday, throughout the day and a recording offers you to select prompts such as "2" for appointments and front desk; "3" for medical assistance or prescriptions, etc. After several rings, a recording comes on stating "we are sorry no one is available to take your call" and then the call ends. Well, no one at these prompts answer. The two times that I finally got through after days of trying, served no purpose as my questions couldn't be answered and I was told I would get a call back. That has yet to happen. In the meantime, I am calling repeatedly as I have important questions. Benchmark, how are any of your patients supposed to make an appointment or obtain any assistance if calls are not answered? I am also not pleased that my father had to wait over two hours to be seen and this does not include travel time. There is no consideration for the elderly or for those on oxygen -- tanks hold only so much oxygen! Seriously, your specialty is pulmonary care! How does ANY business succeed if they do not answer their phones. This is healthcare for goodness sake. Benchmark, please get your practice together and serve your patients with respect because you certainly have no issue with billing insurance and Medicare promptly!
