        First let me say 5 stars for the nurses. Fabulous, caring individuals with best interests of patient obvious. Zero for office/admin staff. First they tell you everything covered, all is good. Then they call back because (apparently) they just found out they are not in my network. Now I have a $50+ copay per visit. When asked why they didn't disclose this, it was not their fault. I ended the service and they had the gall to tell me they were required to do a discharge visit (another copay). As if I'm going to allow them in my home
