Our car was ready and immediately available (with no waiting or line) upon arrival, and upon return, GG provided the most streamline, painless, and fantastic customer service I've ever experienced at a National location. Will definitely book through this location again (whenever it's cheaper than Enterprise).

Although we were in south Texas where the weather was beautiful and sunny, we were impacted by Southwest Air's 2022 holiday problems (east coast winter storm and computer outage). Our flight was canceled and we couldn't get a flight for 4 days. We decided to rent a car from National Car Rental and drive to San Antonio where we could get a flight home. The agents at the National desk at the Harlingen Airport were amazing! They were exceptionally nice and accommodating. Our car was ready when we arrived and was exactly what we expected when we rented online. While other car rental companies were double the price for a 1-way, 1-day rental National Car Rental's prices were reasonable and fair. National earned our business, and we will use them again and again. Thank you!
