I had the best experience service at Bert Odgen Genesis in Harlingen. The service team, especially Mr. Ray, Ms. Tanya, Paola, and all the Staff were extremely courteous, professional, friendly, and very attentive. Amazing service, quick and clear communication, Mr. Ray listened to what problems I had with my vehicle and would take time to explain in detail and he could make sure I was well taken care of. And Yes. Service here they do understand the frustration when you have to leave your vehicle and they do UPDATE in detail about what happened next. I appreciate it and would like to give more than 5 stars if I could.

Ive been trying to scheduled my gv70 since October. When I try to contact the service department they do not answer and when they do answer, I get transferred and nobody answers. When asked how I like my vehicle, I tell people that I like it but the service department at Genesis Harlingen is consistently terrible. Im really considering to go back to bmw.

Sales and financing dept is good but the service dept is horrible! They dont answer, appts take forever, they can never find the problem, delivery was bad and the list goes on. You basically buy a new car and then your on your own after that.

SALES: Great people, great service! Congratulations to them! Mainly to Mr. Manuel Sosa. 5 stars! SERVICE ADVISOR: I asked him for repair estimations and his behavior was like he was doing me a favor. Worst of all, he told me I could bring my car the following day for service. 2 hours later when I got an approval from work to do the diagnostic, he told me the next available date would be after 2~3 weeks. I couldn't believe their schedule got all booked within those 2 hours. SERVICE SCHEDULING: Very poor. I have tried several times to talk to them, left them voice mails and once they called me back. I called them again, and nothing. I hope once they move to their own building they improve the service department. I am sure they will! Bert Ogden has the experience and skills to change all this for good!
