First the app steals $15, still haven't gotten my money back and it's been MONTHS (even with proof of payment & order store refused to provide the food because they did not receive the order even though THEY knew the app was having issues, btw) . Actually decided to try them again today sans the app, simple order, two chili cheese dogs add onions, one pretzel with cheese.
Simple.
Apparently not. One chili cheese dog correct, one with only chili on it, not even cheese let alone onions. And got the pretzel, but no cheese.
Can I get ahold of anyone at the store? Nope! Just rings & rings.
Sonic, literally never again are you getting a dime of my money until you make my missing money reappear, and fix a pitiful attempt at a correct order. Or at least refund for the missing bits.
Grew up with sonic being a treat...these days you are worse than McDonald's. And that is saying something.
