        A complete scam. I'm being told my policy was canceled for non-payment but they are sending me a refund for my full payment. Huh?? I'm also being told I was not emailed that there was in an issue. I can't reinstate my policy but I can become a new customer for an additional $117.00 but no one can tell me why. GO TO ANOTHER COMPANY... To top it off I don't qualify for new customer discounts because I'm an existing customer.
