Americas Best Value Inn & Suites Haltom City Ft. Worth

This inn is frequented by some crack addicts who roll around in the grass screaming at all hours of the night. We can hear them all the way across the lake and see them toking, and I don't think I've ever seen any other customers. Place is dirty, manager always sounds like he's high and does nothing. Don't go here unless you're a crackhead looking for a fix.

I got a lot of red flags staying here. I didnt book online, I was a walk in. The lady at the counter told me the room was $75 but then told me the room was $90. She made it seem as though she didnt know how to take a credit card payment so I had to pay cash. She kept calling someone and Asking if it was all adults or just me and my children. If youre a single woman or a woman with children alone make sure you have protection for yourself. There are no phones in the rooms, the door locking mechanism was missing that leads to adjoining rooms. The room next to mine door was open so you wouldnt need a key to enter. I had to put a plastic bag in the hole of the door where the lock shouldve been to hear noise. One good kick and that door wouldve been open. Leaving out this morning at 8:45am, 2 men were in the hallway waiting a few doors down. One look like maintenance guy or housekeeping and the other possibly the owner/manager but the Hotel was mostly empty so I found that a bit odd. The entire night I was unsettled due to all the things that I noticed. The entire downstairs is under renovation So it wasnt a lot of guest here. With everything going on with human and s (ex) trafficking Im always on high alert. Too many things stood out to ignore. Only reason I stayed was because my fianc was with us to which I didnt mention to keep everyone on their feet. Something in my gut just wouldnt let me leave without writing a review. Rooms: No telephone, no real locks for other room Safety: Be on alert traveling alone. Noteworthy details: Check my review

They totally renovated the upstairs and all i can say is wow. Can you say amazing!!!! I love it and it gives you a comfy home feeling

Front desk staff was polite and helped me out when I had a issue with my room they recognize me which made me smile. They are normal people with normal lives. Thank you for the value added to the daily lives of the customer's nisha and Paul was awesome Safety: Quiet location easy access to the freeway
