If I could give zero stars I wouldve . I came in 3 weeks ago for general dental appointment was told i qualified for the free exam and x-rays for ortho. I waited twice for my two appointments, Ive felt like the doctor for general wasnt doing his job due to the fact he didnt even looked at the x-rays just examined my teeth without any tools big red flag as for ortho the doctor was giving his opinion instead of the actual outcome I felt like he kept telling what I wanted to hear so I could get started. I was quoted I was very confused I felt like I didnt have a choice but to say yes, they just went ahead and placed the braces without me reading contract first, the lady from the front came over while I was in the chair getting the braces half way done to make me sign the document. It all felt like a set up. When I came home ate two brackets came off almost ate them and when I called the office pressed #6 for after emergency it said their inbox was full I called so many times because the wired keep on poking my cheek and it hurt so bad not to mention the other side the bracket made my cheek a puncture every time I talked the bracket would get stuck to my cheek, and yet was told I needed to schedule an appointment because they are always busy. p.s(after a two weeks of suffering the part of the wire that was poking me came loose and I chocked on it while I was eating) Ive call to cancel contact and was told the dr already used $1,000 for only 2 weeks and I could cancel contract but needed to pay the $1,000 for the braces which I only got the top teeth and installment that wasnt even done properly also for the x-rays that was told that was free. This is just a scam to get yalls hard earning money. I asked for documentation that listed what all was being charged until today Ive have not received anything.

The office and the staff here are so sweet and amazing! When it came to my daughter getting her braces on, they talked her through the process because she was so nervous which helped her feel better.

Even though you have an appointment but you always have to wait for an hour or more for the service. What is the appointment for?
