        Whomever the latina girl who was working between 7pm - 8pm on 2-6-24 is extremely rude and disrespectful. I came in to get my FREE BLK history Notebook from Tmobile and was told I only could get 1 when i told her the other was not for me and i had the second persons seperate phone to show her the code since they are also tmobile but have a disability. She refused to give it to me stating that they had to be inside. BUT MAAM obviously if they are dealing with a disability and i am helping them which is why i showed you the two phones why are you being soo against giving it its a FREE ITEM. Horrible experience and someone needs to do something about this immediately

        Customer service here is very poor. If I could give them a 0, I would. I have been a customer with Metro ever since they existed and never had service like this one. I was told by Metro on 611 call that because I was having issues with paying my bill, the $5.00 charge would be waived, and the rep said that 611 did not know what they were talking about.
