Oct 2021.Been donating over 1yr They have improved with cleaning donation areas after each donor and wait times to discharge after donating is less(Good!) Johneika is real nice efficient and she changes her gloves between every donor (greatly appreciate that). Cassanova great at getting those difficult sticks. I would give 5 stars if they would clean the tables(at the registration) and BP cuffs between people and if all phlebs changed gloves between donors. ** March 15th 2022: My last vist was Dec'21. I stopped going because the wait times to donate were 1hr-1.5hr and the bathrooms were always nasty. Never cleaned.** changed from 4 stars to 2stars

Bro the lady who took my needle out, didn't cover it with gauze. She took the needle out of my arm, and just let me bleed all my over myself, I had to ask her for gauze. Then when I was getting ready to leave she had the nerve to tell me "be careful, you lost a lot of blood today" Like yes. Because of you. To make things worse when I went to the bathroom to clean my arms they had no paper towels or anything to help clean it off. Do better, get better employees.

I went in on March 25, 2022 with proper documentation on my Emotional Support Animal located @ 5810 Bellfort in zip code 77033 & was able to donate with no problems. Then on my next Donation which was April 1 st I was informed that my dog could not come inside the facility. The new Supervisor is really strict on alot of things from what other staff were implying. My dog is a American Pit Bull Terrior with U.S. Registered documentation. I read the CSL Guidelines for Emotional Support Animals & I meet the qualifications. So my question is "What is the problem"? I also heard another donor saying that a guy a month ago did NOT have proper documentation for his animal & was allowed to donate but his dog was a much smaller breed. Then come to find out the dog was making alot of ruckus & one of the other donors got scared & claimed she was allergic to the dog. So it made it bad for any animal to come into the facility but my thing is I had proper documentation & my dog was well mannerable when I donated in March now my dog is not allowed in the facility? Help me understand.
