Maintenance came by yesterday to fix the ac. It was a bandaid fix bc when I got home from work, it was 84 in my apartment. I post a pic of the thermostat temp and current temp of my apartment

Update: I see management is still leaving fake sounding reviews, do not move here. As God as my witness you will be very very sorry. Look a the review of them taking $250 from that lady as an application fee. For some reason my original review showing pictures of the roaches was taken down. I can assure you I lived here for a year and will remember it for the rest of my life. Read the reviews, notice the positive ones look like they were cut and paste from the internet saying things like "A great place to call home." Just ask yourself, "do I know anyone who says that about a cheap apartment in Ft. Worth Texas?" No, you don't, the positive reviews are fake, or like some people have stated, they were forced to leave a positive review under threat of losing their deposit. The bad: Roach problem, hostile sketchy management, unscrupulous tow truck driver towing resident's cars and damaging them, flooding, apartments sliding down the hill, paper thin walls. Positives: I only had one drug addict neighbor set the place on fire. The fire department guys that put a fan in my apartment were nice. I think this is owned by some foreign company, it sure feels like it. I'm now 44 years old and have lived in 13 different towns and cities as my career has me move. I can tell you honestly this is one of the top two worst places I have ever lived. Stay away.

Really loved the property. Hailey was very kind and informational. definitely would recommend to a friend.
