    WORST. APRTMENT EVER LIVED. Do not move in here if you want to live peacefully here. I am compelled to change my review from 5 to if possible 0 as at first I was happy with how Lupe behaved with me. There are countless issues with this apartment. 1. When I moved in they delayed my move but apartment looked so worst that it did not look like fixed at all. They gave me the apartment in above condition as shown in the picture. 2. Pools and Gyms were closed forever; they said it will be repaired in couple of days as maintenance was happening but it never happened till my stay. 3. Roaches problems throughout the apartment. 4. They never do what they said; they do not want to be responsible for anything. Later they will place fault in your head. The assistant manager there did that couple of times. 5. LUXURY is only in the name and PRICE they charge nothing else. 6. They charge unnecessary charge for the things that you are not under fault.I paid around 800$ more than I was supposed in my 5 month stay. I moved out of the apartment. So, genuinely do not move if you are trying to avoid worst management.
