Both mine and my daughters tooth were horribly sensitive for many months after he did fillings. I do really like one of his hygienist, Shelley, shes awesome.

Amazing dentist and staff. Started here as a teen and now I bring my husband and daughter. I'll be a patient as long as they're open!!!

The opposite of what a dental professional should be... Theyre disrespectful and tell their patients Im trying to hurry so Im not in here all day IT IS YOUR job and as a dental professional myself if I have to be in there ALL DAY then I will be in there all day if I have to. Also telling a patient You have poor hygiene and throwing a toothbrush and toothpaste at a patient is unacceptable. Ignoring your patients when they ask questions is also unacceptable. If you dont like your job then find a better one. If you cannot treat patients with respect then find another job. Ill never understand dental professionals who dislike their job and are disrespectful towards patients and keep working in healthcare. As a dental professional myself I can understand that sometimes we have hard days.. BUT blatantly disrespecting people ESPECIALLY your patients is wrong. Also, Im glad Im not the only one that notices that their reviews are good only on Google, but everywhere else they can barely manage a 3.2

Dr Garrett made me never want to sit in another dentist chair ever. During a cleaning I mentioned I was still having pain in a tooth he had done a root canal and crown on, the hygienist had it xrayed then had him check it. He stated he could pull it and return the money I paid out of pocket if it still gave me problems next cleaning. It was hurting worst next cleaning. (I found out it had been infected the entire time, he never treated me for it) I was scheduled to get the tooth pulled. The day of the extraction he gave me very little pain killer and pulled at the tooth with no regards to my discomfort, he loosened another in the process. I left feeling like he had broken my jaw, my mouth still bloody, I had gone past pain. It was days before Thanksgiving day. I was recently referred to a wonderful dentist. I am still getting damage repaired on teeth Dr Garrett "fixed". He did a lot a damage. I paid him out of pocket, in full. I have never received an apology for how I was treated nor have I received any refunds.
