Centric - Greenville (home hospice) helped me care for my mom through a very painful illness until her passing. Absolutely top notch and answered any questions I had. Nurse Penny, Aide Sheila and Chaplain Mike went above and beyond to make my mom as comfortable as possible as well as supported me while caring for her. They were responsive and honest to every question. The after care has also been phenomenal. Each of them have followed up after her passing including Chaplain Cooper. This review was not solicited but rather well deserved. Thank You to the entire team at Centric in Greenville.

As a young patient on a midline- not knowing much or what to expect- I got to say- Walter is the best. From his timely calls and updates to his personality- just wow.. I love this man- and Ive only met him twice. Yall got a real, authentic and compassionate man on your team at Centric.. shout out to Walter. You made everything so great!! Thank you so much again.

Centric had my husband as a patient, nurse Walter, Ot Lee and PT Colton were the best. However the failure for Stephanie Lyons RN to call me, nurse or Dr's office with critical blood report, cost my husband Ed Walters his life an the huge loss to our family, she received the report on Jan. 11 2023, he passed Jan.15 2023. No one knew his blood an hemaglobin too low to live.wrongful death because of this neglect needs to be addressedbe
