BUY ONCE, CRY ONCE. I got siding, windows and doors from Allied and I am so glad I choose this company. The crew who did the work was fantastic and Jay was no pressure sales and there when I had any questions.

Allied Siding and Windows did a fantastic job on my siding project. The installation crew led by Dilberto and Louyse went above and beyond to make sure I was completely satisfied with the final result and were available by text and phone whenever I had a question or problem. The product specialist, Jay, also did a great job in addressing general questions about the process. I would highly recommend Allied for siding and will definitely be reaching out to them again for my other home improvement projects.

The sales person and installers were good. The windows were late, screens not as agreed on contract. The black finish chips off, was told it wouldn't. Customer service is misleading, they say it will be all taken care of, and it's been almost a year now, still nothing. I was told it's Simontons problem, they make the windows, Simonton says it's Allieds problem they sold them to us! I'm on terminal,We are working on it! It's a horrible experience! I Would Not Recommend Allied or Simonton to anyone! They may have been good at one time, but now, not so much. I've offered to get my own screens made, I can't stop the finish from chipping off, they sent a guy out with a nail polish size bottle to touch them up! Ugh They are brand new and have touch up paint all over them. Hardly a solution for nearly $20k of windows!TThis company could care less about its clients! The owner himself told me it's the manufacturer problem, .I explained to him, he uses that company, he sold me the product, he took my money! He needs to take care of the problem. He then can deal with Simonton. Not the customer! I am registering this complaint with BBB as well.
PLEASE DONT USE THIS COMPANY, THEY DONT STAND BEHIND THE PRODUCTS, AND WORSE, THEY HAVE NO RESPONSIBILITY TO CLIENTS! WORST experience Ever!!!!
