Had to rate low. Was a 2hr wait and even after that we still had to wait longer. I think they were short staffed. Had to go somewhere else I

We almost walked out. It took 50 minutes from the time we sat down to the time we finally got our sandwiches. 3 people. No appetizers. Just sandwiches and fries. The manager was doing a terrible job running the back of house. The servers were busy, but handling it well. The manager should have been on the line helping to get the food plated so that servers/runners had something to deliver. We were not the only ones waiting forever. Additionally, the bathrooms were disgusting and the music was way too loud in the dining room. If I'm waiting almost an hour for food, I'd like to at least be able to have a conversation with the people I'm dining with.

The workers were stressed. There was a 3 hour wait for a table, but they had room at the bar, so we sat there, not as cool but still neat. The food is good but nothing amazing. It was more of a tourist spot, which we were.
