Several damaged furniture and other items. Also, damage to the walls of my new home that I moved into. I discovered as I was organizing and unpacking while they were here and also more after they had left. I also mentioned about the damaged furniture, one of the guys tried to fix by putting the glue and flipping over inside out to hide the damaged part. Many broken plastic crates/bins that were on my metal shelves and the metal shelving wheels were not only bent backwards, one of the wheels had completely broken off. They left them without letting me know, and I found them damaged after they left, as I try to move them against the wall. My stainless frige door has a big ding, coming through the back patio, hit the metal post, I mentioned it soon after it came inside, but none of them seem to care, as if that is a normal thing. Did not wrap the frige door. This, I will be upset looking at it everyday, this is not something that can be replaced so will have to live with it and be annoyed looking at it everyday. The mover guys were nice, all three of them, but honestly, not professional in moving. I expected these things can happen, but I was upset about their reaction after I had shown them the damaged things, no apologies, but rather, telling me that damage was there.... well, yes, some small damages were there, but I was showing them the new damages that were made with them moving yesterday. Only if they showed me their attitude and response were apologetic at the time, I will not be wasting my time here and writing this long negative review at 6:30 in the morning. Will not use this company nor recommend to anyone in the future.

They helped me last minute after other movers cancelled on me. Their rate was fair and they were beyond helpful. I will definitely be using them again! None of my items were broken or damaged and everything took less than 3.5 hours with the 3 man crew.

I hired Braxton to help me move into my new house in Coppell, we used two trucks and 4 guys for a reasonable price, and they ended the job in a pretty decent time, once all the paperwork was signed they got to work immediately and never slowed down until the job was done Professional company, quality and careful service I knew about them because they did my sisters move last year.
